COMMUNITY SERVICE ACTIVITIES OF THE 2025 NOTARY MASTER'S PROGRAM WITH THE THEME “NANGUN SAT KERTHI LOKA INTARAN: MODERNIZATION IN STRENGTHENING GOVERNANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AWARENESS IN VILLAGES”

Denpasar, the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, carried out a Community Service activity with the theme “Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Intaran: Modernization in Strengthening Governance and Environmental Law Awareness in Villages” with two main activities, namely cleaning up the Karang Sanur Beach area and a socialization activity related to waste management and environmental law at the Sanur Development Foundation. The activity was held on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

This Community Service is a mandatory activity organized by the Notary Master's Program as an actualization of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education). The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and awareness of the academic community and the village community regarding the importance of coastal environmental preservation and waste management. This activity also serves as a form of concern from the academic community towards the issues faced by the community by directly participating in cleaning the coastal area and conducting socialization.

This event was attended by the Dean, Vice Dean II, and Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, the Head of the Notary Master's Program, Unit Coordinators, lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Notary Master's students from the class of 2025, as well as invited guests, the Intaran Traditional Village community, and the Karang Sanur Beach Management.

The socialization activity was divided into two sessions, a talk show with two speakers, namely Dr. Ni Gusti Ayu Dyah Satyawati, SH., M.Kn., LLM., as an Environmental Law Academic from Udayana University, and Intan Arista Ayu Widyasari, S.H as a representative speaker from the Notary Master's Program students at Udayana University. This was followed by a presentation by a speaker, Luh Putu Anggita Baruna Putri, an Environmental Educator. Both sessions were moderated by I Made Ari Kurniawan, S.H., a Master of Notary student at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University.
