Community Service in Prerenan Village: Village Authority in Tourism Business Management

Prerenan-Badung, FLUNUD.ac.id - FH UNUD organized Community Service in Prerenan Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency on Saturday (11/03/2023) with the topic: "Socialization, Consultation and Free Legal Aid Regarding Village Regulations on Village Authority in Tourism Business Management Covering the Fields of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Employment and Spatial Planning."

The service activity began with remarks from the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Planning and Cooperation of FH UNUD (Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, S.H., M.Hum) followed by remarks from the Head of Prerenan Village / Prebekel (I Nyoman Sumartana). The delivery of socialization was given by Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, S.H., M.Kn with the topic of Spatial Planning, Dr. Ni Luh Gede Astariyani, S.H., M.H. with the topic of Preparation of Village Legal Products and Dr. I Made Sarjana, S.H., M.H delivered about CSR which was moderated by I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, S.H., M.Hum., LLM, P.hD.

Service participants consisting of Prebekel and residents of Prerenan Village, representative lecturers from each Lab / Law Section and educational staff in the FH UNUD environment. Interactive discussions took place, Prerenan villagers were interested in Village Regulations governing CSR; division of authority between Desa Adat and Desa Dinas and land for TPS-3R, namely: a waste processing system with technological innovations for waste chopping machines and compost sifters that are more effective and efficient. The results of organic waste processing in the form of compost are used to fertilize ornamental plants and herbs that are planted on the land around the Waste Disposal Site (TPS) for sale.
