Denpasar – The Doctoral Program in Law (PDIH) at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, held an Open Defense for I Gede Willy Praman on Tuesday (March 16, 2026) at the Kertasabha Convention Hall, Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Denpasar campus.

The open defense was presided over by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum) and featured the Supervisory Committee (Prof. Dr. Gde Made Swardhana, SH., MH; Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum; Dr. Sagung Putri M.E. Purwani, SH., MH), External Examiner Dr. Ketut Sumadana, SH., MH, and three other faculty examiners: Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, SH., M.Hum, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Parsa, SH., M.Hum, and Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, SH., M.Hum., LLM., Ph.D. The doctoral candidate, I Gede Willy Praman, successfully defended his dissertation titled “Reform of the Regulation of the Security Functions of the Prosecutor’s Office in the Legislative Process of Sustainable Economic Development.”
