Denpasar – The Doctor of Law Program (PDIH) at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University held an Open Defense for Ngurah Wahyu Resta on Friday (March 13, 2026) at the Kertasabha Convention Hall, Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Denpasar campus. The open defense was presided over by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum) and featured the Supervisory Committee (Prof. Dr. Gde Made Swardhana, SH., MH; Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum; Dr. Sagung Putri M.E. Purwani, SH., MH), an External Examiner who is a full professor at Sebelas Maret University (Prof. Dr. I Gusti Ayu Ketut Rachmi Handayani, SH., MM), and four other Examining Professors (Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, SH., MS; Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, SH., M.Hum, LLM., Ph.D; Dr. I Nyoman Bagiastra, SH., MH, and Dr. I Gede Pasek Eka Wisanjaya, SH., MH. Dr. Ngurah Wahyu Resta successfully defended his dissertation titled “Reconstruction of the Position and Functions of the Prosecutor’s Office within the Criminal Justice System”
