Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Doctoral Program (S3) in Law (PDIH) FH UNUD once again gave birth to a new Doctor, Ida Ayu Astiti through an open examination held on Wednesday (02/08/2023) located in the Hall of FH UNUD Campus Denpasar. Doctor Ida Ayu Astiti is a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Bali Provincial Government Office.

Through her dissertation entitled "Reformulation of Land and Building Assets Cooperation Contract Patterns Between the Provincial Government of Bali and Private Parties in Bali", Ida Ayu Astiti succeeded in obtaining a Doctoral degree in an open examination led by the Koprodi PDIH FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Sudarma Sumadi, Sh., Su) with the Promoting Team: Prof. RA. Retno Murni, SH. MH. PhD, Dr.I Putu Tuni Sakabawa Landra SH, M.Hum., and Dr. Urged Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum and 4 other examiner lecturers.

Doctor Ida Ayu Astiti discusses 2 problems in her dissertation: the characteristics of arrangements for cooperation between the Regional Government and other parties in the utilization of the Regional Government's land and the formulation of arrangements for the pattern of cooperation between the Regional Government and other parties according to the needs to overcome the problems of norms that arise. Both of these problems are important to analyze given the importance of the value of cooperation between the Regional Government and the private sector and its contribution to the country's economy. On the other hand, the government in carrying out cooperation contracts with private parties in fact tends to ignore the principles of public law and general principles of good governance, the breath of private interests which becomes dominant.
