Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Arfan Faiz Muhlizi, Head of the Center and Legal Analysis of the National Law Development Agency, successfully obtained his doctorate at PDIH FH Unud in the July 2025 Period at the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus. Doctor Arfan raised the dissertation title “Paralegal Arrangements Based on Customary Law Communities in the Perspective of Legal Certainty and Justice.”

Arfan's doctoral promotion was led directly by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum), accompanied by the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum; Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH.., M.Hum; Prof. IGN Parikesit WIdiatedja, SH., M.Hum., LLM, Ph.D), External Examiners from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (Prof. Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, SH., M.Hum) and 4 other Examiners.
