Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) team consisting of Associate Expert Legal Analyst (Dwi Yanto, SH., LLM), First Expert Legal Analyst (Fadhel Maulana Ramadhan, SH.), First Expert Legal Analyst (Anugrah Andara Putra, SH.) paid a visit to FH Unud on Wednesday ((02/09/2024). The visit was received directly by WD I FH Unud (Dr. IGA Mas Rwa Jayantiari, SH., M.Kn), UP2M Coordinator (Dr. Sagung Putri ME Purwani, SH., MH.), UPIKS Coordinator (Dr. Md suksma PDS, SH., MH., LLM) and FH Unud Lecturer (Cokorda Dalem Dahana, SH., M.Kn).

The purpose of the visit of the Ministry of State Secretariat Team was to explore cooperation in the field of Tri Dharma of Higher Education and discussions regarding the plan to form a Restorative Justice (RJ) Bill as an alternative to resolving criminal acts in Indonesia. In addition, RJ is part of the program in the National RPJM 2020-2024 so that the government will make RJ in 1 regulation in the form of a Law which is used as a legal umbrella for resolving criminal acts.
