Dean Meets with Outstanding Students in the National Moot Court Competition

As a form of appreciation from the Faculty of Law of Udayana University to outstanding students of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University, FH UNUD held a Dean's Meeting with Outstanding Students in the National Motlem Court Competition on Thursday, 16 December 2021 (16/12/2021) in the Vicon Room, Faculty of Law, University Udayana. Mr. Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH, M.Hum, said that Unud Faculty of Law students must have a competitive spirit by submitting competitions. In addition to competing at regional and national levels, Unud FH students are also expected to be able to compete internationally. The Dean of the Faculty of Law Unud also said that he would resolve the obstacles faced by students who excel in terms of implementation.

The competitions include the National Moot Court Competition, the Prof. Cup. Soedarto VIII 2021 (NMCC Soedarto VIII) which was held on 27 October – 1 November 2021. 20 student delegates and 2 official teams (Gede Made Dananda Paramartha Susila / Chair, I Nyoman Jaya Wardana, I Kadek Andi Pramana Putra, Priska Claudia Kinanti) participated Silaban, Dian Islamiati Utami Ningsih, I Kadek Dhananjaya Wijaya Pastika, Anak Agung Gde Agung Satrya Udayana, Ni Kadek Mirah Dita Ratnadi, Kadek Puri Gita Pertiwi, Made Arismasari Prabawati, I Made Dwiky Hutagalung, Ni Made Pande Diah Maharani, Ni Wayan Luh Duti Ari Anggreni, Komang Anggie Trisna Yunita, Ida Ayu Kade Diah Pitaloka, Made Wahyu Artha Sedana, Ni Komang Indira Amanda Ariani, Ida Wayan Bagus Abby Banu, Made Shannon Tjung, Ni Komang Ayu Sasmita, Yabes Rydon Genardi, I Dewa Agung Rama Budi Premana )  , for the online trial recording competition at the court in Tipikor, won 1st place and the best file. Advisor for the Prof. Cup delegation. Soedarto came from the High Court, District Court, High Attorney, District Attorney, Dys Law Office, AWP Law Office and was assisted by AA Ngurah Oka Yudistira Darmadi, SH, MH and Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH., M.Kn., Ph.D as a student supervisor who always supports students.

Delegation of AG Pringgodigdo, 19 delegates (I Komang Tri Atmaja / Chair, Andrea Louisa Doren, Ni Kadek Adinda Suiyobi Putri Wedana, I Komang Pangeran Mas Harjuna Pradnya Sugitha, I Putu Agus Krisna Jayaantara, Ni Putu Eva Ariesty Dewi, Albert Agung Febian Pangaribuan, I Gede Khrisna Dharma Putra, I Gede Ngurah Rama Putra Wijaya, Tria Adinda Wulandari, Valentino Juan Sundah Simatupang, Ni Putu Ika Mildasari, Ni Putu Sukma Meerani Santi, I Dewa Made Sai Karuna Mudita, Ni Putu Yeni Kusuma Dewi, Ni Luh PT. Ariel Dewi Maha Dewi, Ni Kadek Wulan Fujita Sari, I Dewa Made Anom Jagaditha, Noer Wahyu Adjiepradana) and the delegation manager. Online competition. Won 2nd Place, Best Registrar and Best Plaintiff's Lawyer Role. The Assistant Lecturer of this delegation, Dr. I Ketut Westra, SH., MH. The AG Pringgodigdo delegation is a delegation that competes in the field of civil justice, especially commercial justice, which is held by the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University.

The Udayana Delegation for the Judicial Competition of All Constitution VII National Level of the 2021 Constitutional Court Cup consists of AA Ngurah Mayun Dharma Wijaya / General Chair of UMCC, 5 participants (Ni Komang Tari Padmawati / Head of Delegation , Ayu Merta Corelia Wati, I Made Halmadiningrat, Agrippa Tri Fosa Sianipar, Ni Kadek Ayu Sri Undari) competition and 1 person (Putu Sunari Asih ) the official team won the National 1st Place as well as the role of the best applicant's attorney and the best expert role. This competition was attended by 37 delegates from all universities in Indonesia by discussing the case of positions in the field of constitution held by the cooperation of the Constitutional Court and Tarumanagara University. The supervisors from this delegation were not only lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University (Dr. I Dewa Gede Palguna, SH., M. Hum, Edward TL Hadjon SH., LL.M and Dr. Jimmy Z. Usfunan, SH., MH) but also also alumni and legal practitioners in the field of Constitution. The student delegation hopes that the delegated activities will receive optimal support from the campus.
