Faculty of Law UNUD as Host of BKS Masters of Notary Public State National Working Meeting in Indonesia

Jimbaran-Badung, FLUNUD.ac.id – Magister of Notary Study Program (MKN) FH UNUD hosted the Work Meeting of the Cooperation Agency (BKS) MKN Law Faculty of State Universities (PTN) throughout Indonesia on 25 – 27 November 2022 at the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Jimbaran. The 16 PTN members of BKS MKN PTN throughout Indonesia, namely: University of Indonesia, North Sumatra, Andalas, Bengkulu, Sriwijaya, Jambi, Padjajaran, Gajah Mada, Diponegoro, General Soedirman, Eleven March, Brawijaya, Tangjungpura, Hassanuddin, Mataram, and Udayana .

The BKS event was opened directly by the Coordinator of the University of Indonesia (UI) MKN Study Program (Dr. Yuli Indrawati, SH, LL.M) as the head of the MKN BKS, and was attended by the Chairperson of the BKS Dean of FH PTNs throughout Indonesia (Dr. Edmon Makarim, S.Kom ., SH, LLM), as well as representatives of BKS MKN PTN throughout Indonesia. The MKN Study Program FH UNUD was represented by the Coordinator of the MKN Study Program (Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, SH, MS), Deputy Dean I for Academic and Planning Affairs (Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum) and was accompanied by the Head of the BKS Committee MKN (Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH, M.Kn., Ph.D).

The BKS MKN meeting is a routine activity carried out by BKS MKN PTNs throughout Indonesia. Previously it was held in Malang in July 2022 by agreeing on several matters related to the type of Academic Masters education, Input-Process-Output. 

This National Working Meeting discusses 3 important matters, namely: graduate profiles, learning outcomes, main competencies, supporting competencies (including equivalents to KKNI and SN-DIKTI); progress report of the application for a notary master's degree; and plans for the next meeting to be held in 2023. The discussion aims to progress and improve the quality of MKN Study Program stakeholders in all PTNs throughout Indonesia.
