FGD PKM RSH Research Team: Discussing the Normalization of Premarital Sexuality in Bali from a Feminist Legal Theory Perspective

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Research Team of the Student Creativity Program in Social and Humanities Research (PKM-RSH) #SahDuluYuk at Udayana University held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme “Sing Beling Sing Nganten: Breaking Down the Normalization of Premarital Sexuality in Bali Through Social and Cultural Constructions from a Feminist Legal Theory Perspective.” The event was held in the FH Unud Video Conference Room and was attended by various groups: academics, activists, government agencies, and interdisciplinary students.
The FGD featured eight main speakers, namely: Putu Diah Pradnya Maharani, B.Sc, (member of the Bali Provincial DPRD Commission IV), Dr. I Gusti Agung Mas Rwa Jayantiari, SH., M.Kn. and A.A. Istri Eka Krisna Yanti, S.H., M.H. (academic of Customary Law at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University), Ns. I Gusti Ayu Pramitaresthi, S.Kep., M.Kep, (academic of Nursing Science at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University), Representatives from the Bali Provincial Social Affairs Office, Representatives from the Bali Provincial Health Office, Gede Adrian Maha Putra (Owner of BaliNggih Media), I Dewa Ayu Satya Pristina Laksmi (Anthropology student at the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University).
