National Seminar on Cooperation of Masters Degree in MIH FH Udayana University and Masters Study Program MIH FH Semarang University

Masters Degree in Law (MIH) FH Udayana University (Unud) in collaboration with Masters Program MIH FH Semarang University (USM) held a National Seminar at the FH Unud Hall Denpasar Campus on Thursday (8/9/2022). The activity presented 2 speakers, from the MIH FH USM Master's Degree Study Program, namely: Yudhi Rizki Pratama, SH who explained the material "Implications for Investigators Who Don't Carry Out the Obligation to Call A De Charge Witness". and Sara Santika, SH with the material "Impact of the Revision of the Marriage Law in the Perspective of Marriage Dispensation in the Religious Courts". Meanwhile, 2 speakers from the MIH FH Unud Master's Degree Study Program, namely: I Komang Ugra Jagiwirata, SH and I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Juliarta, SE, SH, AK, CA, BKP, presented material on underage marriage from the perspective of Balinese Customary Law. The activity was attended by the Director of Postgraduate USM, Dr. Indarto SE MM, Head of Master's Degree Study Program MIH FH USM, Drs Drs Kukuh Sudarmanto SH MH MM. along with the Dean, Deputy Dean III and Koprodi S2 MIH FH Unud, (S2 MIH FH Unud Study Program Team)
