Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The National Seminar of Master of Kenotariatan in 2024 was held offline on Friday (16/02/2024) in the Hall of FH UNUD. This seminar raised the theme "Peel Through the Urgency of Agrarian Law in the Master of Kenotariatan Course: Towards Improving the Right Curriculum to Face Land Problematics." This activity was opened directly by the Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs and Planning of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, S.H., M.Hum) and attended by the Vice Dean III, Koprodi MKN, Koprodi DIH FH UNUD, TPPM MKN Study Program, Home Base Lecturers MKN Study Program, MKN Study Program students and MKN Study Program representatives from universities in Bali.

The National Seminar presented speakers from various elements, namely: Head of Klungkung Regency Land Office (Dr. Herman Susanto, S.S.T., M.H.), Practitioner Notary / PPAT Denpasar City (Dr. I Made Hendra Kusuma SH, S.p.N.), Academician FH UNUD (Dr. I Kadek Sarna SH., M.Kn), and MKn Study Program Student FH UNUD (Cokorda Istri Agung Indira Rahayu., S.H.). The event went smoothly as seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in responding to the discussion session, specifically examining every land problem today, also related to preparing graduates of the Master of Kenotariatan who are superior and responsive to every development and dynamics of land in Indonesia.
