Opening of Bina Desa Sukawati: Preservation of Artworks and Strengthening MSMEs through Copyright Registration and NIB Registration

Sukawati, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Bina Desa Sukawati group, consisting of FH Unud students, held the opening ceremony of Bina Desa Sukawati Udayana University 2024 and the handover of students to Sukawati Village, on Thursday (24/10/2024). The event was attended by Koprodi S1 Ilmu Hukum FH Unud, representatives of the Gianyar Regional Research and Innovation Agency, Sukawati Village Head, village officials, artists, and Sukawati Village UMKM.

.The symbolization of student submission was marked by embedding name tags by the Village Head. In addition, Copyright certificates were also handed over to several artists, marking the start of the Copyright registration process for local artists. The event was completed with a talk show discussing Copyright registration and NIB registration, with speakers from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Faculty of Law lecturers, and the founder of Sanggar Bona Alit. This program aims to assist artists and MSMEs in registering Copyright and obtaining NIB.
