Opinion of the Work of UNUD Faculty of Law Students with the Theme of Business Competition
One of the students of Faculty of Law UNUD, Putu Sukma Meerani Santi, class of 2020 made an opinion article with the title "The Threat of Unfair Business Competition Behind Digital Startup Investments Beginning to be Controlled by Foreigners, What is the Role of KPPU?" The articles written are up-to-date, according to developments in society where startup businesses are mushrooming because of their movement and promising income. However, the startup business in Indonesia has begun to be entered by foreign investors who of course have more capital than local investors. The title and substance of the article fall within the scope of Business Competition Law which is one of the courses at the Faculty of Law UNUD so as to enrich student research results that will provide theoretical and practical benefits for the development of business competition law in Indonesia. This article will be submitted to the Article Competition of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) 2022. The competition can be participated by the general public (journalists, lecturers, lawyers, researchers, practitioners and the general public) and students (Strata 1 and 2). The purpose of the competition is to increase stakeholders' understanding of business competition law and partnership supervision, as well as a forum for writing and analyzing issues of business competition and MSME partnerships which can later be used as input, suggestions and new views for KPPU.
