The dissertation examination took place on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, attended by Prof. Dr. Arief Hidayat S.H., M.S Constitutional Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia as an External Examiner who is very competent in his field, besides that the composition of the examiners who attended were Prof. Dr. I Gede Yusa, SH.., MH, Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. I Dewa Gede Palguna, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. Drs. Yohanes Usfunan, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Parsa, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, SH, MS and Dr. Jimmy Z. Usfunan, SH, MH. This proposal examination was held to obtain input and suggestions regarding the Dissertation Proposal “Reconstruction of Dispute Resolution of Regional Head Election Results by the Constitutional Court.”
