Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Friday (03/05/2024) at the FH UNUD Hall, Denpasar Campus, a doctoral promotion in law was held on behalf of I Gede Etha Prianjaya, S.H., M.Kn who works as a Notary and PPAT in Tabanan Regency. This new doctor successfully defended his dissertation with the title "Setting the Term of Lease Agreement for Freehold Land in the Perspective of Intergenerational Justice" before the Board of Examiners chaired by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum; Promoter Team consisting of: Prof. Dr. N K Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM, Dr. I Ketutu Sudantra, S.H., M.H and Dr. I Gusti Agung Mas Rwa Jayantiari, S.H., M.Kn; along with 4 other examining lecturers.
