Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Tuesday (08/10/2024), a Doctoral Promotion Dissertation Open Examination was held at the Doctoral Study Program (S3) of Law Science (PSDIH) FH Unud on behalf of I Ketut Ngurah Ananda. His dissertation is entitled “Construction of Regional Tax Arrangements for Temporary Accommodation in Nomadic Tourism.”

The Doctoral Promotion held at the 3rd Floor Hall of FH Unud was led by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., Mhum), as well as the Promoter, with Ko-Promoter 1 (Prof. Dr. I Gede Yusa, SH., MH), Ko-Promoter II (Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH., M.Kn., Ph.D), with examiner members consisting of: Prof. Dr. I Made Arya Utama, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH, SU, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Parsa, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, SH, M.Hum, and Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH, M.Hum.

I Ketut Ngurah Ananda revealed the main topic of his dissertation, that the construction of local tax arrangements for new phenomena in the development of tourism, especially the presence of dynamic temporary accommodations such as Caravan and Motorhome.
