Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Friday (05/07/2024) a Doctoral Promotion Dissertation Open Examination was held in the Doctoral Study Program (S3) of Law Science FH Unud on behalf of Ni Putu Theresa Putri Nusantara who works as a Notary. Her dissertation is entitled "The Embodiment of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015 into a Notarial Deed Regarding Marriage Agreements Made During the Marriage"

Ni Putu Theresa Putri Nusantara's new doctorate in law raised 3 problem formulations, namely: (1) What is the nature of a marriage agreement in the perspective of legislation?; (2) How is the embodiment of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 on marriage agreements in relation to the duties and authority of Notaries so that it reflects legal certainty, justice and expediency?; (3) What is the responsibility of Notaries in the event of a lawsuit against a notarial deed regarding a marriage agreement made during the marriage as referred to in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015?

The results of the analysis of the three problem formulations above were successfully defended before an open session chaired by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumertayasa, S.H., M.Hum) with the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. I Made Sarjana, S.H., M.H; Dr. I Dewa Gede Palguna, S.H., M.Hum; Dr. I Nyoman Bagiastra, S.H., M.H.), external examiners from the Faculty of Law, State University of Semarang (Prof. Dr. Rodiyah, S.Pd, S.H., M.Si) who joined online and 4 other examining lecturers.
