Public Lecture by the Director General of Law and International Agreements of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: “International Law Theory and Practice”

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – On Friday (September 12, 2025), a collaborative event was held with the Directorate General of Law and International Agreements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The event began with a courtesy meeting between the Director General of Law and International Agreements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (L. Amrih Jinangkung) and his team and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University and his staff. This meeting discussed cooperation between the two parties in the field of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which was outlined in a cooperation document.

This was followed by a public lecture on “International Law: Theory and Practice” delivered by the Director General of Law and International Agreements and attended by the Dean, the Head of the Study Program, lecturers, and students from the four study programs. The public lecture was interactive, with many students asking questions and participating in an online quiz at the end of the event.

The activities with the Directorate General of Law and International Agreements continued with a Legal Sharing Session opened by the Secretary General (Widya Rachmanto) and attended by students majoring in International Law, members of SCIL and ALSA. In this session, young diplomats shared their experiences, information, and practical knowledge on matters related to international agreements.
