SCIL FH Unud Delegation Achieves Achievement in International Humanitarian Law Moot Court

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The SCIL FH Udayana delegation for the 2024 International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot Court Competition again made FH Unud proud. This competition is an International Law-based Moot Court competition, organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on a national scale by focusing on the International Criminal Court (ICC) justice system. 

In this competition, delegates go through a file selection and trial process, starting with the file collection stage on September 18, 2024, followed by Preliminary Rounds which are held online on November 16-17, 2024, then Delegates who qualify for the next round return to compete in the Semi-final and Final Rounds on November 23-24, 2024. 

In the 2024 IHL Moot Court Competition, the SCIL FH Unud Delegation achieved the 3rd Runner Up achievement. To achieve this achievement, the SCIL Udayana Delegation for the IHL Moot Court Competition went through the trial process three times, by playing the role in the trial as Prosecutor or Prosecuting Party and Defendant or Defendant's Attorney alternately. 

SCIL FH Unud delegation consists of 4 (four) active students of FH Udayana. The delegation included Farah Nadiyah (2021) as the Head of Delegation, Mischa Jocylina (2022), Gwenli Sirait (2022), and Ni Made Putrini (2023) as Delegation members. The SCIL Udayana delegation was also assisted by 2 (two) managers, namely Laetitia Arista (2022) and Paschen Ayu (2022) and 1 (one) coach, namely Ni Komang Tari Padmawati, S.H who is also an alumnus of FH Unud and several alumni from FH Unud.
