Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Monday (07/10/2024) a Doctoral Promotion was held at the Doctoral Study Program (S3) of Law Science (PSDIH) FH Unud on behalf of NI PUTU NITI SUARI GIRI who also works as an educator at FH Unud. Promovenda in the Doctoral promotion raised a dissertation entitled “HAKIKAT NASKAH AKADEMIK UNDANG-UNDANG.”

The new doctor of law, NI PUTU NITI SUARI GIRI in her dissertation analyzed 3 problem formulations, namely: (1) What is the nature of academic papers in the formation of laws? (2) How is the development of regulation and practice of academic papers in the Indonesian legal system and comparison with other countries? And (3) What is the ideal model for the regulation of the preparation of academic papers in the formation of laws? The results of the analysis of the three problem formulations above were successfully defended in front of an open session led by the Dean of FH Unud who is also the Co-Promoter I (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum.) with the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. I Gede Yusa, SH., MH.; Dr. Ni Luh Gede Astariyani, SH., MH.)), and 5 other examining lecturers.
