Seminar and Book Review "Development of Indonesian Law in the Perspective of Land, Investment, and Intellectual Property Rights"

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – A Book Review Seminar was held by the Notary Masters (S2) Masters Program (MKN) of the Faculty of Law UNUD at the Hall of the Faculty of Law UNUD on Thursday (01/19/2023) with the theme Development of Indonesian Law in the Perspective of Land, Investment , and Intellectual Property Rights. The activity began with remarks from the Coordinator of the MKN FH UNUD Study Program (Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, S.H., M.S.). Then it was continued with a speech by the Deputy Dean I for Academic and Planning (Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, S.H., M.Hum.) who also opened the event.


The Coordinator of the Undergraduate Study Program (S1) of Faculty of Law UNUD (Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, S.H., M.Kn) gave a Keynote Speech followed by a presentation by the Professor of the Faculty of Law UNUD in the field of Intellectual Property (Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, SH., M.Hum., LLM), Lab Lecturer/International Law Department (Dr. Anak Agung Gede Duwira Hadi Santosa, S.H., M.Hum), 2 Lecturers of Notary Practitioners (Dr. Habib Adjie, S.H., M.Hum and Dr. I Made Pria Dharsana, S.H., M.Hum.).


The speakers presented material according to their respective expertise: the relationship between intellectual property and the position of a notary, land rights, investment, the existence of the Law and Job Creation PERPU guided by moderator Dr. I Gusti Agung Mas Rwa Jayantiari, S.H., M.Kn. The seminar and book review were attended by the Chairperson of the UNUD Faculty of Law Senate (Dr. I Dewa Gede Palguna, S.H., M.Hum), lecturers and students of the Notary Masters Study Program (S2) of the Faculty of Law UNUD. The activity went very well, the participants were enthusiastic in responding to the material from the speaker. The importance of carrying out seminars and book review activities to increase the knowledge of legal science education stakeholders at the Faculty of Law UNUD.
