Gianyar, FLUNUD.ac.id - MBKM Team Bina Desa Tulikup 2025 held a Seminar on the Role of Law in Village Empowerment which took place at Balai Banjar Kaja Kauh, Tulikup Village, on Wednesday (04/06/2025) bringing in 2 (two) speakers, namely: I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Girindra GM, S.H. (Prosecutor) and Dr. Made Aditya Pramana Putra, S.H., M.H. (Lecturer FH Unud). The seminar was attended by I Made Ardika (Perbekel Desa Tulikup), I Gusti Ngurah Wijana (Bendesa Adat Tulikup Kaler), I Nyoman Sukara (Bendesa Adat Tulikup Klod), I Jendra as (Kelian Adat Banjar Kaja Kauh), Wayan Novi (Kelian Dinas Banjar Kaja Kauh), BabinKapdiknas Desa Tulikup, Babinsa Desa Tulikup, Chairman of BPD Tulikup, Vice Principal of SMAN 2 Gianyar, Chairman of STT Kaja Kauh, I Gusti Ngurah Nyoman Krisnadi Yudiantara, S. H., M.H. (Supervisor of Bina Desa Tulikup 2025), students from SMAN 2 Gianyar and Tulikup villagers.

This seminar discussed several crucial issues that are being experienced by several Tulikup Village residents, namely: early marriage, promiscuity, and the process of making a Business Identification Number (NIB). In this seminar, villagers were invited to understand the various legal consequences that can arise from the practice of marriage under the permitted age, as well as the risks of promiscuity that have the potential to violate applicable norms and laws. In addition, the seminar also thoroughly explored the importance of business legality through the processing of NIB, as a form of legal protection for business actors, especially the younger generation who want to start a business in a legal and structured manner. With an educational approach and competent speakers in the fields of law and entrepreneurship, this seminar is expected to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding to make smart and regulatory decisions. Through the seminar themed “Seminar on the Role of Law in Village Empowerment”, it is hoped that the people of Tulikup Village will not only gain new insights, but also have stronger legal awareness in facing various social challenges.
