Signing of Cooperation Agreement on Court Recording and Installation of Recording Equipment: KPK-PN Denpasar-FH Unud

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – On Friday (01/08/2025), a cooperation agreement was signed between the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Denpasar District Court (PN), and FH Unud regarding court proceedings recording and the installation of recording equipment. The signing was carried out by the Chairman of the Denpasar District Court (Dr. Iman Luqmanul Hakim, SH., M.Hum) and the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum), while the KPK will sign it desk to desk. The signing of this cooperation agreement was witnessed directly by the Deputy Chief Judge of the Denpasar District Court, Judges, the Secretary, the Clerk, the Deputy Clerk for Corruption Cases, the Head of the Personnel Section of the Denpasar District Court, the Deputy Dean II of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University, the Coordinator of the UP2M, the Coordinator of the UPIKS, several lecturers, and staff members of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University.

This cooperation agreement was well-received by all three parties and will be implemented shortly. Moving forward, the scope of the cooperation will be expanded to include the field of education (practitioner lecturers) and the organization of mock trial competitions for law faculty students.
