Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - FH Unud increased the number of international collaborations with Jean Monnet Professor of European Union Law, The City Law School, London which was signed on Friday (17/01/2025) at the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus. This international cooperation was implemented in the form of an Academic Seminar “The Importance of Comparative Law: Methods and Approaches in Legal Research.”

The Academic Seminar was opened directly by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum), attended by Vice Deans, UP3M Coordinator, UPIKS, Chairperson of the Committee and Team, lecturers and students of FH Unud. This Academic Seminar presented one of the Professors from The City Law School, London, namely: Prof. Tamara Hervey, LLB PhD FAcSS PFHEA MFPH and moderated by Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, SH, M.Hum, LLM.

The students as seminar participants were very enthusiastic in discussing with Prof. Tamara Hervey, as evidenced by the many questions asked regarding legal research using a comparative approach. In the future, there will be cooperation in other areas of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, such as collaborative research, community service and education in the field of law.
