Socialization and FGD on Understanding Intellectual Property by the MBKM Team of Bina Desa Buruan

Gianyar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Intellectual Property Socialization and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities have been carried out on Sunday (24/11/2024). Speakers at this socialization: Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM (Professor of Intellectual Property FH Unud), Dr. Made Aditya Pramana Putra, S.H., M.H (Lab Lecturer / Civil Law Section FH Unud) and Head of the Gianyar Regional Research and Innovation Agency (Drs. I Ketut Sedana, MAP) who also became a facilitator on the FGD agenda.

This activity is one of a series of main work programs of MBKM Bina Desa Buruan, related to the recording of Communal Intellectual Property owned by Buruan Village. The socialization aims to provide a general understanding of the importance of recording Intellectual Property as a form of protection of works and the acquisition of economic rights for community works. Then continued with FGDs with the Buruan Village community, to explore information about Barong Condong Dance as one of the Traditional Cultural Expressions belonging to Buruan Village which will be recorded later.
