Socialization of Village Land Certificate Ownership and Electronic Land and Building Tax Payment (e-PBB) in Negari Village

Klungkung, FLUNUD.ac.id - On Thursday (30/05/2024) the activity “Socialization of Ownership of Village Ayahan Land Certificates and Electronic Land and Building Tax Payments (e-PBB) in Negari Village” was held at Balai Banjar Adat Negari, Negari Village, Klungkung. The activity was attended by Field Assistance Lecturers of Bina Desa Negari as representatives of FH UNUD, (Bima Kumara Dwi Atmaja, S.H., M.H.) and Field Assistance Lecturers of MBKM Independent Internship at the Denpasar City Land Office (Dr. Ni Gusti Ayu Dyah Satyawati, SH., M.Kn, LLM), Negari Village Perbekel (I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Mahendra), Negari Village Apparatus, and Negari Village Community.

This activity is the result of the collaboration of the MKBKM Bina Desa Negari Team with the Denpasar City Land Office Independent Internship MBKM Team, the Klungkung District Attorney's Office Independent Internship MBKM Team, the Banjarangkan Village Bina MKBKM Team, and the Sibangkaja Village Bina MBKM Team.This socialization presented 2 speakers: Ngakan Putu Agung Anantawikrama, S.H., M.H. (BPN Klungkung Regency) who discussed material on Ownership of Village Ayahan Land Certificates and I Putu Swastika, S.Sos. (BPKPD Klungkung Regency) who discussed material on Electronic Land and Building Tax Payment (e-PBB). 

Before this socialization was held, Bina Desa Negari had helped record village land certificates and facilitated a meeting between the Negari Village Apparatus and BPN to jointly discuss related to unfinished village land certificates and those that still have obstacles. Afterwards, this socialization activity was held with the aim of increasing community compliance and participation in the ownership of village land certificates and electronic PBB payments. It is hoped that this activity can increase the understanding of the Negari Village community of the importance of having a valid land certificate as proof of legality of ownership of land, to educate the Negari Village community about the obligation to pay PBB and introduce the convenience of electronic PBB payments.
