Udayana Leading Research FGD "Applicability of Provincial and Regency/City Regional Head Policy Regulations in the Administration of the Tourism Sector in the Regions during the Transition Period of Employment Law Regulations"

The Research Team of the Udayana Leading Research Scheme (PUU) chaired by Prof. Dr. I. which consists of Dr. Komang Pradnyana Sudibya, SH, MSi, I Ketut Sudiarta, SH, MH and I Made Budi Arsika, SH, LLM as an in-depth study of PUU entitled "The Applicability of Policy Regulations for Provincial and Regency/City Heads in the Administration of Tourism in Regions in the Transition Period Job Creation Law Arrangements.” The event which was officially opened by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, FH Unud, Dr. Putu Dewi Kasih's insistence presented 4 (four) speakers, namely: Luh Gde Aryani Koriawan, SH, M.Si (Coordinator of the Substance Unit of Provincial Legislation, Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Bali Province), Ni Nyoman Ayu Andriani, SH, MH (Head of Tourism and Creative Economy Industry, Bali Provincial Tourism Office), Ketut Trisna Aryani, SE, MSi (Head of Tourism Industry Development, Denpasar City Tourism Office) and Ngakan Putu Triariawan, SH (Head of Creative Economy Tourism Industry Development, Badung Regency Tourism Office). In the focused discussion session, a number of participants actively provided input. Dr. I Dewa Gede Palguna, SH, MHum gave his views on the consequences of the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the formal review of the Job Creation Act. As for Dr. Anak Agung Gede Duwira Hadi Santosa, SH, MHum and I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, SH, MHum, LLM, Ph.D highlighted the Regional Tourism Master Plan (RIPPARDA) and the potential for modifications to local legal products by adjusting the trends of the tourism industry and the tourism situation current area. Also present at the event was the Head of the Research and Community Service Unit, FH Unud, Dr. Sagung Putri ME Purwani, SH, MH who at the end of the event gave technical directions to the Research Team regarding the follow-up to the FGD and the mechanism for reporting activities.
