UMCC FH Unud Organizes Seminar and Small Class as the First Activity in the Moot Court Training Series (RPPS) in 2024

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - On Saturday (17/02/2024) the Seminar and Small Class activities of the All Court Training Series (RPPS) held by the Udayana Moot Court Community (UMCC) FH UNUD were held. This activity is a series of Moot Court Training (RPPS), which aims to provide the first understanding to the participants in order to understand the basic principles in the process of examining cases in court. Starting from analyzing cases, making court papers, registration (registration) of cases, setting hearings, summoning the parties, examination, evidence, decisions, and others. In addition, the participants were expected to be able to carry out a demonstration of a court session (moot court) in accordance with their role in both criminal and civil cases properly and correctly.

The event was held offline which was opened by the UMCC FH UNUD Supervisor (Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, S.H., M.Kn., Ph.D.) and attended by 144 student participants, UMCC Supervisor lecturers. The 3 speakers who attended from the profession of lawyers and public prosecutors, namely: Gede Erlangga Gautama, S.H., M.H., Yogi Rachman, S.H., M.H., Gusti Ngurah Bagus Girindra GM. This activity will produce output in the form of cadres who will be ready to be part of the National Moot Court Competition or Constitutional Moot Court Competition.
