UNUD Faculty of Law Attends the 1st Journal of Central Banking Law and Institutions International Conference and Call For Papers

Badung, FLUNUD.ac.id - Several lecturers and students of FH UNUD became participants of the 1st Journal of Central Banking Law Institutions International Conference and Call of Papers organized by Bank Indonesia on Wednesday (10/05/2023) at Ayana Ballroom, Ayana Resort, Bali. The event with the theme "Challenges in Digitalization and Climate Change: A Perspective of Law and Institutions" began with remarks from the Head of Bank Indonesia (Dr. Yoga Affandi), then continued with remarks by the Senior Deputy Governor (Destry Damayanti) who also opened the event. 

The International Conference presented 2 keynote speakers in the plenary session with the topic "Digitalization and Climate Change: A Perspective of Law and Institutions", namely: Prof. Abu Bakar Munir, University of Malaya - Malaysia and Prof. Shen Wei, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Law School - China. Then the activity continued in parallel sessions with the agenda of The 1st International Session Conference and Call for Papers Journal of Central Banking Law and Institutions (JCLI). 

The activity was attended by more than 100 participants, including inviting all universities in Bali: Udayana University, Ganesha University of Education, Warmadewa University, National Education University, Ngurah Rai University, Dwijendra University, and Mahendradata University. From FH UNUD, it was attended by the Head of FH UNUD Journal Management and Team (I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, S.H., M.Hum, LLM, PhD, Putu Ade Harriestha Martana, S.H., M.H., Made Cinthya Puspita Shara, S.H., M.H.), Research and Community Service Unit Team (UP2M) FH UNUD (A.A. Istri Eka Krisna Yanti, S.H., M.H., A.A. Angga Primantari, S.H., M.Kn, I GUsti Ngurah Nyoman Krisnadi Yudiantara, S.H., M.H) and SCIL FH UNUD students (Keziandria Methami, Maria Veronica Christiananta, Nabilah Karen Pitaloka).

The purpose of this activity is to showcase academic leaders and legal practitioners related to digitalization and climate change which are currently being discussed globally. In addition, the conference attracted research groups from around the world, hoping to generate discussion and understanding of key issues in the field of law. The Journal of Central Banking Law Institutions International (JCLI) can be a platform for domestic and international researchers to publish high quality journals. Through this activity, Bank Indonesia invites researchers to submit research papers to JCLI.
