UNUD Faculty of Law Student Team Wins 1st Runner Up in National Constitutional Debate Competition Republic of Indonesia Constitutional Court Cup

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – 3 student representatives of the Faculty of Law Unud won 1st place in the National Constitutional Debate Competition Hope for the Constitutional Court Cup of the Republic of Indonesia with the theme "Revitalizing the Role of Students in Efforts to Uphold the Constitution for Indonesia Golden 2045" which was held on 11 November 2022 by the Islamic Family Law Study Program Student Association of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. 

The 3 female students: Cokorda Istri Kirana Pramesti (Team Leader Batch 2020), Kadek Ayu Maharani (Team Member Batch 2020), Kadek Sandra Putri Saniamarani (Team Member Batch 2020) and Edward Thomas Lamury Hadjon, SH., LLM as Team Advisor . The National Constitutional Debate Competition for the Constitutional Court Cup was attended by 16 teams from State and Private Universities throughout Indonesia. Several universities have passed the preliminary round using video selection, including Udayana University, University of Indonesia, Airlangga University, Sam Ratulangi University, Muhammadiyah Malang University, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Khairun University Ternate, Widya Mataram University Yogyakarta, IAIN Kediri, Islamic University Baitar, HKBP Nommensen University Medan, IAIN Kendari, Indonesian Muslim University Makassar, and IAIN Ponorogo. Then, it will be continued with an offline debate system on November 11, 2022.
