Visit and Discussion of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission of the Republic of Indonesia

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) through the Directorate of Mergers and Acquisitions, consisting of the main investigator from the Directorate of Mergers and Acquisitions (Riris Munadiya, SE., ME) along with 12 (twelve) members made a visit and discussion to FH Unud on Thursday (21/11/2024). 

The Directorate of Mergers and Acquisitions was received directly by Lecturers of Business Competition Law Courses at Faculty of Law Unud (Dr. Made Aditya Pramana Putra, SH., MH and Pande Yogantara S., S.H., M.H., Prof. Retno Murni, SH., MH, Ph.D) and also attended Maria Margaretha Christi Ningrum Blegur Laumuri, SH., MH students who are pursuing S3 Education with a focus on Business Competition Law. 

The purpose of the visit was to conduct a discussion on the assessment of agreements, business activities and whether or not there is an abuse of dominant position that may result in monopolistic practices and unfair business competition as well as changes in control and affiliation in the acquisition of shares for transactions in Business Competition.
