Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Criminal Law Discussion and Review Team of the Criminal Directorate of the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia consisting of: Norma Doryana, S.H, M.H; Hernita Sari, S.H; Muhammad Rahmad Manurung, S.H; Ilham Barlin; Candra Purnamasari, S.E conducted a discussion and review of criminal law issues with the Criminal Law Lab / Section Lecturer (Dr. Sagung Putri M. E. Purwani, S.H, M.H) on Wednesday (30/10/2024).

The topic of discussion was “Law Enforcement against Perpetrators of Unregistered Polygamous Marriage Practices associated with Articles 279 and 284 of the Criminal Code. The discussion went smoothly and the input obtained will be used as comprehensive study material by the Directorate of Criminal Affairs of the Directorate General of AHU of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia which is tasked with preparing the formulation and implementation of policies, providing technical guidance and supervision, implementing monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the field of criminal services.
