Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Head of the Legal Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Jamaruli Manihuruk, S.H., M.H., M.M) along with 2 Junior Expert Policy Analysis Staff and First Legal Analyst (Oktaviana, S.H., M.H and Winda Astuti, S.H) visited FH UNUD on Tuesday (24/10/2023).

The team of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Policy Strategy Agency (Kemenkumham) was received directly by Lecturers of Intellectual Property Faculty of Law UNUD (Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM. and Made Aditya Pramana Putra, SH., MH) and also attended Prof. Dr. I Wayan Windia, SH., M.Si (Professor of FH UNUD) and Dr. Ni Nengah Adiyaryani, S.H., M.H (Head of Lab / Procedural Law Section). The purpose of the visit was to conduct a policy analysis study with the topic "Evaluation of Royalty Management Policies by Collective Management Institutions in Providing Economic Rights Protection for Creators."
