We Are Equal: Joint Socialization with the MBKM Research Team of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, at RRI Pro 1 Denpasar

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – On Friday (September 19, 2025), the 2025 MBKM Research Team from the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana, at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, conducted a socialization at RRI PRO 1. The team consisted of a supervising lecturer (Dr. Nyoman Mas Aryani, SH., MH.), and students (Ni Putu Sindy Indradewi Pradnyandari Putri K., Ni Wayan Juniari Yudaasmini, and Ignatius Eka Tadardo Morgan Simarmata) presented the results of their MBKM research entitled “Regulations on Deportation in the Context of Law Enforcement Against Foreign Nationals.” 

The presentation highlighted various important issues related to law enforcement, including deportation enforcement based on human rights protection, selective policies for foreign nationals, and the paradox of corporate sanctions for foreign nationals.
