Working Visit of Commission VI of the House of Representatives for the Preparation of Academic Paper and Draft Law on Consumer Protection

A discussion on the preparation of the Academic Paper and Draft Law on Consumer Protection was held on Thursday (15/05/2025) at the FH Hall, Unud Campus Denpasar. The event was opened directly by the Chairman of the Working Visit Team (Prof. Dr. Drs. H.A.M. Nurdin Halid) and continued with remarks by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum). The Team Leader of the Working Visit Panja accompanied by 26 members had an active discussion with several speakers, namely: Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH, M.Hum (Professor of FH Unud), Dr. I Kadek Sarna, SH, M.Kn (Academician of FH Unud), Rihadi Nugraha, SH, MH (Director of Consumer Empowerment), I Putu Armaya, SH, MH (Chairman of Bali Consumer Protection Foundation) and Ketut Udi Prayudi, SE, SH, MH (BPSK Member from Business Actors).
