Workshop on Budget Evaluation for Fiscal Year 2021 and Fiscal Year 2022 Budget Targets Supporting Udayana University's Faculty of Law's Performance

On Friday, December 3, 2021 (03/12/2021), the Faculty of Law at Udayana University held a workshop on Budget Evaluation for Fiscal Year 2021 and Budget Target for Fiscal Year 2022 To Support the Dean's Performance at the Rama Shinta Room at Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel. The Head of BPN Klungkung (Dr. I Made Herman Susanto S.ST., M.Hum) and the Head of Udayana University's Financial Planning Bureau (Drs. I Komang Teken) were invited as resource persons, with I Gusti Agung Agung Ayu Dike Widhyaastuti, SH,MH serving as moderator. this kind of action

Mr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH, M.Hum, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University, said that this activity was carried out as an evaluation that was considered very important for the institution's progress, and that in the future, every activity that has been designed and will be implemented must refer to the institution's policy program guided by the Ministry. The Faculty's performance on targets is the focus of all efforts. 

The Procurement of Flood Control Land, Reservoir, and Balinese Cultural Center in Kab. Klungkung was transmitted by the Head of BPN Klungkung (Dr. I Made Herman Susanto S.ST., M.Hum) in his material. Furthermore, the land acquisition process in Klungkung district has progressed to 75 percent completion of term 1, putting it at the stage of term 3. It should be noted that the land acquisition for Bali's cultural center, which is a source of contention for all parties, is an ex-Galiansi region; this land issue was never settled and was finally resolved at PTSL.

Meanwhile, the Head of Udayana University's Financial Planning Bureau (Drs. I Komang Teken) discussed Monitoring the Implementation of Udayana University's Activity Program and Budget for FY 2021. He explained that Government Regulation Number 90 of 2010 governs budget preparation, as well as concerns relating to distribution, distribution, budget planning, and budget execution in the work unit, particularly at Udayana University's Faculty of Law. Stakeholder participation at this session was extremely beneficial in obtaining feedback on the Dean's Performance 2021 FY Budget Evaluation and 2022 FY Budget Targets.

The latest law relating to the material presented was also discussed, including the most recent issue of the Spatial Planning Law, which was repealed with the work creation law, the Bali provincial regulation, the determination of space within the sacred area's radius, procurement, and the Faculty of Law, Udayana University's cooperation plan with BPN Bali Province in the context of implementing education, research, service, and Independent Learning. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the KPI must be used to influence the design of existing operations in order to achieve superior accreditation.
