Denpasar – Orpa Juliana Nubatonis, an educator at the Faculty of Law at Nusa Cendana University (FH UnCen), continues her doctoral degree in the Doctor of Sciences Study Program Law (PDIH) Faculty of Law, Udayana University (FH Unud). Thanks to his perseverance and struggle, the Doctorate title was also achieved through the Open Doctoral Promotion Examination on April 12, 2022 at the FH Unud Hall in Hybrid (offline and online). His dissertation is entitled "Principles of Good Faith in Fair Government Procurement Contracts of Goods/Services."

The Doctoral Promotion Open Examination which lasted for 3 hours was led by the Coordinator of PDIH FH Unud, Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH., SU; Prof. Dr. Ibrahim R, SH., MH, as the Promoter; Dr. I Ketut Westra, SH., M. Hum as Copromotor 1; Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Darmawan, SH., M. Hum., LLM as Co-promoter II; and tested by 4 other board of examiners / disclaimers. (FH Unud IT Team)
