OPENING CEREMONY AND WORKSHOP ON THE DRAFTING OF VILLAGE REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: THE 2026 KERTA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Bina Desa Kerta 2026 program of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University held an Opening Ceremony and Workshop on Drafting Village Regulations on Environmental Affairs in Kerta Village, Payangan, Gianyar. The event was opened by the Field Supervisor, Ms. Tania Novelin, S.H., M.Kn., and was attended by village officials and student participants of the Bina Desa Kerta 2026 Program.

The event continued with presentations by two speakers, Mr. Bagus Hermanto, S.H., M.H., and Mr. Anak Agung Gde Rai Budiasa, S.Sos., M.A.P., who discussed the basic concepts, functions, and procedures for drafting effective village regulations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, participants were also invited to engage in a participatory exercise drafting a Village Regulation, with the hope of producing a draft that is practical, systematic, and in line with the needs of the community.
